Everything was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere was very calm and clean. The food is incredible here and the service is just as good. Vicki was our server and he really took care of us. Every time i go the staff is so kind and the food is great! Although there aren’t vegan items explicitly stated on the menu i always as for the tantanmen with tofu instead of meat & for the egg to be on the side (for whoever i’m dining with) and then i ask for thin noodles because they are egg free. It’s a super lowkey place and deserves more customers!!!!! everyone i’ve ever brought here has loved it.Ileana Robles3 years agoI came here to celebrate my best friend’s birthday and the Ramen was so delicious we all ended up ordering it! It honestly has to be some of the best ramen I’ve heard had. I really liked the atmosphere here as well. The food was served super fast & they accommodated my husband's need for no veggies in his ramen 🙂 The wait staff was friendly, helpful & efficient.

Delivery was on time and I don't have a problem with that aspect of the service at all. Uber Eats was great. However, I ordered an item which is a favorite of mine from the Ramen & Hana restaurants. It's almost $10, and it's usually worth it for me. From this location, my Kani Tamago was hard, burnt, discolored and crusty. :( It's literally eggs... I don't know how it could be chosen to be delivered like it was. I'm so grossed out that they didn't just trash the burnt, overcooked food and decided it would be a good idea to put it in the delivery order. Eggs aren't time consuming to remake. Especially for almost $10 :( I guess it's better than not getting it at all, but I can't even eat it. The other local location will give you 4 pieces of egg, with the crab salad on top, and it's always been great. - After trying the Ramen and giving it a chance, it's also evident that their broth is watered down and taste burnt. I was out with my wife and her friend and our total was 78.80. We paid with one 50 dollar gift card and a bank card. They charged 47.28 on the gift card(we called and confirmed that the card was left with a 2.72 total) and 39.40 on the bank card for a total of 86.68. They defended their misconception of math instead of actually servicing us properly. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!Jessie Brusman4 years agoWas a great experience up until i got overcharged. My bill was $78.80. I handed her brand new gift card I had just opened in the restaurant for $50 and my debit card so I would have paid $28.80 on my debit card. Instead, I was charged half & half on both cards. So I got 2 receipts for $39.40. However, I checked my gift cards balance right after and it was $2.72??? Mind you I had just opened this it was brand new. Made absolutely no sense. So I brought this to their attention and the employees wanted to do nothing but argue with me and say that's just the way the system ran it. They wouldn't listen to me when I said the math didn't add up. I called the gift carc automated line and the ONLY transaction on that card was for $47.28, so they INDEED over charged me. I was charged a total of $86.68. This was $8 more than the original bill. I will never come back to this place as they made absolutely no effort to try to understand what I was trying to say or come to a resolution. You also have to get the pork steamed buns.keir dorney4 years agoThe place makes great food, but whoever owns or manages this place needs to step up a little. The restaurant was packed and only TWO waiters were working and handling all the takeout orders.I was told “5 more minutes” 3 times until I ended up waiting there almost an hour. There was a line of angry take out customers. It’s not the waiter’s faults, just don’t tell people who place takeout orders “25 minutes” if it’s going to be double or triple that. Ive has this happen several times. Fortunately,, the food brings me back. But BEWARE, if you dine or take out here, it will be double or triple the usual time or the time they tell you. I feel bad for the workers there that are so constantly busy. If you want the real feel of a Japanese restaurant this is the place to go. Pricing was good so no need to worry too much about price. There are meals that go over $25 but most of the meals is under $17. Edit: I keep seeing complaints about food coming out of the kitchen out of order. If this helps order your appetizer first and then review the menu some, maybe not order everything at once. Both the men’s and women’s restrooms were out of order?! Like WHAT?!
Our food was wrong, still frozen in the middle, and took forever. The food all came out at different times. We asked for the kids food first and All the kids food came out after all the adults which came out one by one..... our sushi came out after our ramen... we all asked for different dishes with different noodles and each adult got the same style noodle. our server completely forgot our drinks. She was struggling and there was only 6 tables. There were many empty dirty tables and people waiting for tables that she just ignored. One table was seated and she didn’t even get then their drinks till almost 20 mins later... She did give our kids free ice cream but there wasn’t even a manager to address the issues with. We will never be back.

Service was great and food was served hot and fresh.- More reviewsAngela DeCesare2 years agoMy kid brought me a to go order last week after eating here with his father and I’m stunned with the quality. We tried to go last night but because of the water levels and preparing for this hurricane, we couldn’t get the car through the road and entry. I ordered the shrimp tempura ramen and it was brought home to me and was perfectly crispy still and the noodles were delicious. The gyoza were definitely on point as well. I really want to go and eat at the restaurant as soon as we settle down from the storm. It’s the most authentic cuisine in town. My son took the pictures and sent them to me. Absolute perfection. He also said the Boba was the best he’s had, so looking forward to trying that.
Update on 10/12/24. We went to dine in today and what a wonderful experience. The music was fantastic and the atmosphere was amazing. Super glad to experience a little hole in the wall place that was authentic and warm. The food and boba were superb. Grateful for the opportunity after such a storm to be able to dine in. Can’t wait to bring my daughter here!Keith Griffin2 years agoGood evening fellow foodie lovers! Today’s stop on Monday July 15th was a Japanese Restaurant tucked back off US Hwy 1 in Port St. Lucie. Ramen Hana & Wings 6935 Heritage Dr, Port St. Lucie, FL 34952. They sit behind the St. Lucie Tire and Battery building in a small business park. You really have to pay attention and look for there Sign.
If you like traditional Japanese food here it is. Aside from no hibachi’s being here Benny Hanna’s is in trouble. This location also made the Best Bites Show by Guy Fury as well. I can see why. Make the effort to come here if you’ve never been. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
So to my meal. I Oder for an appetizer Truffle Fries and they were seasoned lightly and nice and crispy. For my entree I ordered Duck Ginger Balsamic and the photos don’t do it justice. It was a solid 5 stars for that meal. Look at it.Yoly A2 years agoWe found out about it from the Guy Fiere show. It did not disappoint. The space is small but inviting. It is located in a somewhat light industrial area in a simple strip mall. But the food is worth the trip. Our soups were outstanding and the shrimp appetizer was delicious. From the atmosphere, service, and food quality, this place rocks! I found this place on Google. We had the Seboten - Spicy Miso Ramen with the spice on the side, a small plate of the Duck Balsamic Teriyaki, Pork Gyoza (dumplings), and a plate of the Fried Dohnut with Condense milk for desert. Hot green tea and Choya Yuzu Soda. Everything we ate was top-notch, worthy of being rated along side of any five-star restaurant. The Duck dish, I must say, was prepared to perfection. The duck meat was succulent, and the small amount of duck fat was crispy, not overcooked or dry. The soup was super flavorful and loaded, filling. The Gyoza dumplings were crispy on one side and also cooked to perfection, lite, and flavor packed. The atmosphere was very good. Great music that was not the usual stuff you hear on the radio. This place is small, and that fact contributes to the cozy feel to it. Family or intimate, your choice. It's all good at this place. The service was excellent. We never waited too long for anything. Sebastian Fabara6 years agoWhat a beautiful little hidden gem. As soon as you walk in the environment is just perfect. The customer service was on point and everyone was helpful, funny and kind. The food was just top notch. We ate the truffle fries and crab cheese thingies that were just on point.
And for the main course we ordered some spicy ramen. The ramen was absolutely amazing and had us scraping our bowls once we finished.

I've tried a lot of Ramen. I've tried it across Washington DC. I've tried it in South Carolina. In Boca and Lake Worth and Gainesville. And the best might just be hidden in an industrial park in the middle of nowhere PSL? Is this a joke? I feel like I've just been let in on a secret.
I only found this place because I searched maps for Best Quick Lunch Near Me, and boy am I glad I did. Their Tonkotsu is definitely one of the best I've tried, especially the broth. I thought it could have had a little more pork or some more accoutrements (sprouts maybe? I've seen that before), but everything that was there was extremely well executed. I got the spicy (described to me as the medium of the three options) and it was just about right to be warming but still fully edible.
I can't want until I am next in PSL. I think I'll even try something else next time, which isn't normal for me. I'm excited to see what their takoyaki and wings are like, at the least. Absolutely give this place a try, and if you like it, send friends that way. I know I will.Fred H6 years agoFast and excellent service, reasonable pricing for the large portion. Everything tasted fresh and authentic, we started with the fried cheesy crab rolls which if I had to summarize it would be a Japanese version of a grilled cheese with crab meat cooked to perfection, for our entre we both went with the signature noodle bowl hers was original mine was spicy since I'm a big boy I finished she's tiny so there's leftovers " for me 😉" . I had to indulge for dessert which is an ice cream incased with rice cake very interesting texture but flavor is on point. Give them a try if your in the area tucked off US 1 in small plaza with no sign except on the building it's worth it!!

The food is amazing and authentic, very flavorful and definitely worth the price. Everything is top notch, customer service is amazing and all of the staff are incredibly friendly. Their boba tea is honestly one of the best in the area. Definitely my go to place for a nice night out or just to grab a very wholesome meal.
Sam Root6 years agoI randomly stopped by this place on the way home. I just Google ramen and it came up. It had good ratings so I told the map add to my route. It's not a located at a place you would just drive by. A small unassuming plaza. When I walked inhowever I was pleasantly surprised by the nice looks to be newly renovated interior. The Miso ramen was excellent probably one of the best I've had Florida. Broth was rich and the noodles were al dente. Service was excellent with the food coming up very fast.
Definitely worth a visit if you are a ramen fan.

joshua lackraj6 years agoBeautiful place. Friendly staff. Disappointing experience when it came to the food. We had the ramen which had hardly any flavor and the noodle texture was tough. The included chicken was bland. The portions was small for the price paid. We had the garlic wings which was the highlight of the meal, but really hurricane wings right down the street would have been a way better value. I don't regularly eat out and when I do I expect to treat my wife to a good experience. This was not a bitter sweet experience. Will not be going back. Sorry not sorry.
melvin santos6 years agoI went there for their soft opening. The menu is a little confusing but thats probably cuz I'm not a Ramen expert. The food is great. I suggest trying the soft bun appetizer thingy. Overall a great experience! Our family will be back
Cinders6 years agoGenuinely one of my favourite places to eat at. Since I've discovered Ramen Hana nearly two months ago I've come here at least 10 times! The ramen is amazing, the takoyaki is literally to die for, and it's given me a reason to hone my chopsticks skills!

Go there on a empty stomach! Lots of food with your meal.
TheWingedRedemption .6 years agoLover of Japanese culture, anime, ramen, or just food in general? This is the place to go! Having a new age ramen shop vibe, this restaurant brings great food, attentive helpful staff, and a great atmosphere together to make an amazing restaurant! We obviously got 2 ramen bowls as our first meal and 2 boba teas and they both blew my mind. Absolutely the best I have tasted so far. If you pass over this restaurant you are missing out! Will definitely be returning to try everything on the menu!
Nelson Faulkner6 years agoI take my family to this great restaurant quite a bit! This is my favorite spot to pass a nice evening. I visit this spot frequently. The meals are just great, the team is polite and the charge is good. I enjoy being in this restaurant for a tasty dinner.
Jay DiJoy6 years agoFood was great, but the customer service was even better!! I ordered takeout and unfortunately an item was forgotten. Though in the moment I was seriously bummed, I decided to reorder the item, because truthfully I just really wanted to try it! Haha So I get the new order, open the bag, and not only was my new order in it, but the first order of the missing item was as well, along with a cool beverage and a hand written note apologizing for forgetting the item initially. Needless to say I was highly impressed and appreciative, they didn’t have to do that, as I’d already been credited by the delivery service. So needless to say they went above and beyond and will definitely continue to receive my business, which they would have anyway because the food was delicious, but the service certified it! Thank y’all again! 👍🏼👍🏼🤙🏼🙏🏼
Diana6 years agoI was really excited to try this place, online it said they were open. When I got there the light saying open was on. However the door was lock. I'm aware a lot of Asian restaurants close for an hour or so... but it should be posted someplace
Kimberly Trosvik Wood6 years agoThis place is one of those secret little awesome place that you wish you could keep secret without it going out of business. The ramen is excellent and for those who are into other foods, there are a good variety of small dishes that are wonderful! We settled on the okonomiyaki but honestly it was a hard decision because there was so many interesting choices. The chicken wings were crunchy and the soy garlic sauce was on point. Our water cups were never empty and the wait staff was prompt and courteous. The place was clean, and the music was awesome. We will be back!
Robert Russell6 years agoGot takeout for 2 and it was great! Problem I've always had with Ramen locally is the broth flavor is so bland and watery. The broth here is a flavor bomb! Can't wait to go back and try the steam buns and wings
Shelley Sandmaier6 years agoWent there just 2 days after they opened. My ramen was amazing, as were the appetizers. I'm not in the area often, but will make it a point to be back! Prices are super reasonable as well, and the owners are very nice.

Charlotte Tapp6 years agoAmazing atmosphere, service, food, and options! If you’re looking for a cozy ramen shop feel then this is the place to sneak away to. Everything is made in a viewable kitchen with a bar extension for if you want to appreciate the wonderful smells of cooking meats and boiling broth.
William Coquelet6 years agoThe food here reminded me of some of the amazing street stall experiences I had in Japan. Takoyaki was my favorite and Ramen Hana and Wings' presentation and taste of it is extremely respectable. I haven't found better in the area. Service is very nice as well. I will be back soon.
Keven Torres6 years agoSo this place is a little tucked away. However, this hidden gem is worth the detour. Decent price and portions and most importantly very delicious food! It is a little stuffy however, the decor and atmosphere is very pleasing.
